well follow this rules if u wanna request a siganture/avatar/wallapaper

Name: This is your username/screenname.
Name on...?: If you would like the above name to be on the signature, avatar, or wallpaper, please say Yes or No.
Type: Would you like a Sig, Avatar, or Wallpaper? You may to receive a set of a signature and an avatar.
Size: How big would you like the sig, avatar or wallpaper? Please note that signatures cannot exceed 400x150, avatars may not exceed 128x128, and wallpapers should not exceed 1280x1024.
Colors: These are the main colors of the signature, avatar, or wallpaper. If you do not feel comfortable picking the colors, or you would like to be surprised with the color choice, please say -you may choose- or -your decision- or anything representing that the sig, avi, or wallpaper makers may choose the colors for you.
Images: The images you want used in the sig, avi, or wallpaper. Please provide the URL to each image. Please make sure there is no nudity or anything that will break the rules on your images.
